Today had my first lesson in practical kitchen. Ohhh. soooooooo EXCITED! hahas. Today we baked Common meringue, Swiss meringue, and Italian meringue. Process was tiring! Especially using hand to whisk the eggs and sugar until it turns into creamy! Tsk tsk.

When comes to piping we pipe our own design. Was fun la. =D But when baking the results turns out to be quite disappointing. But its okay. Its just the first lesson for us to try out!

Hees, i baked it for dearest, but no chance to eat it. Didnt get to meet him today ): And i guess i need to throw it away le. sigh~ Nevermind, that meringue is too sweet already. The maximum for me i can eat 2 pieces only. Haha, because its simply too much sugar. Scary de.

Okay, anyway im looking forward to tomorrow's practical class again. YAY! (:
