ARRRGGGHHH!!!!!!! fooo0ooo!!! now came here to blog with my swollen hands and swoolen leg.. bastard.. juz now went to training.. got one stupid guy.. is really a sickening guy.. when sparring i injured alot of parts while blocking! grrr NVM!! i will TOLERATE!! kukuu... always feel tat when he is sparring he got one kind of taking revenge feeling... or wad ever la... really buay song wit him lor.. injured mie at the wrong time.. sunday still got grading de leh... haiis.... TOLERATION ! ! ! !now muz chiong loose weight.. im fat ..REALLY VERY FAT! im fat ! im fat ! IM FAT!!!!!!!!! grrr... hand very pain.. sai la =( ...
